The Interactive Broadcasting Company (TIBC) is a multimedia online broadcasting and entertainment company that facilitates the genius within individuals, giving them professional, positive platforms on which to present their creativity.
Using its resources, expertise and vision, TIBC builds dynamic global platforms and online/mobile portals for independent artists, helping them to receive public recognition and proper remuneration for their work. TIBC is unique in that it also creates original content, including songs, videos, radio programs, TV shows, and events in which these artists can participate.
In order to minimize costs and maximize benefits, TIBC does its own production, editing, marketing, promotion, distribution and broadcasting, not only for its artists but also for businesses and non-profit organizations. In addition, through its strategic partnerships TIBC is able to broaden its marketing, promotion and distribution reach by accessing celebrities, movie theaters, motion picture studios, major corporations, quality sponsors, performance venues, and more.
Community is also important to TIBC. It works with non-profit and community organizations to raise funds, promote young talent, and help train youth in the technology and business of broadcasting and entertainment, thereby introducing them to basic skills that may help them obtain jobs in the workforce.
The Interactive Broadcasting Company (TIBC) was founded by Jerome Picot in 2008. In 2009, he was joined by Wendy Weir and together with their highly talented team, they are expanding TIBC to become a positive, dynamic presence in the entertainment industry.

In his own right, Jerome is also a talented musician and composer.
Wendy uses her experience as a former financial executive (Citicorp Savings, United Commercial Bank), corporate marketing consultant (Export Assist, Inc.), and founder/executive director of an environmental non-profit organization (Coral Forest) to help implement TIBC's vision and to oversee its operations and administration. She also has a life-long relationship with music and entertainment. Plus, she has authored and illustrated In the Spirit: Conversations with the Spirit of Jerry Garcia (Harmony Books, 1998) and written a movie script and treatment for television.
